"FAN VIOLENCE IS CAUSED BY CLUB ADMINISTRATOR'S MENTALITY", MATORI

The Former Chairman of Wikki Tourists Football Club, Isa Matori, puts a large portion of the blame for fan violence squarely at the feet of club administrators.


In an interview with NPFLZONE , Matori pointed out that the "win at home at all costs"mentality of most club administrators play a major role in influencing positive or negative actions at the stadium.

He further admonished fans to consider the fact that their team would still play away matches when considering violent conduct towards opposing teams.

Violent conduct by clubs have been clamped down on by the League Management Company(LMC), with the league looking forward to a violence free second stanza.

Nearing the twilight of the Jay Jay Okocha era, Nigerians began a frantic search for the perfect Jay Jay replacement.
